1. Start the meeting 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

2. Look for the scheduled appointment and click Start and Launch Meeting

3. Once zoom meeting is launched, click Got It (notification that zoom is being recorded), make sure to connect your audio.

4. Double check if the meeting is recording. Click pause while waiting for the client and salesperson/tax specialist to join.

6. Once client/participant joined the Zoom meeting, inform tax specialist / sales person in Skype group chat.

7. Wait for the tax specialist / sales person to join the zoom. Transfer Host to the tax specialist/sales person.
