- 1. Start the meeting 5 minutes before the scheduled time.0

- 3. Once zoom meeting is launched, click Got It (notification that zoom is being recorded), make sure to connect your audio.0
- 4. Double check if the meeting is recording. Click pause while waiting for the client and salesperson/tax specialist to join.0
- 5. Admin to ensure name is changed from Virna White to his/her name by clicking:3
- 6. Once client/participant joined the Zoom meeting, inform tax specialist / sales person in Skype group chat.1
- 7. Wait for the tax specialist / sales person to join the zoom. Transfer Host to the tax specialist/sales person.0
