- 1. Go to https://www.abr.gov.au/tax-professionals0
- 2. Click on the “For Tax Professionals” tab, and then click on “Update your client’s ABN details”0
- 3. Click Log in to Tax Professional Services0
- 4. Login using Virna’s email – virnawhite@gmail.com > login(You will be directed to a page where there is a CODE, give this to Virna for verification)0
- 5. Once Logged in, tick on Wealth Safe Pty Ltd (under Businesses I can act for) > Continue0
- 6. On the Left side under For My Clients > Click VIEW/UPDATE ABN RECORD0
- 7. Enter ABN of the client (refer from the form or client’s details) > click SEARCH0
- 8. On the ABN SUMMARY page > Click ASSOCIATES (found at the right side of the page)0
- 9. Click MANAGE ASSOCIATES0
- 10. Click on +ADD ASSOCIATED ORGANISATION0
- 11. Add the details of the corporate trustee/company (same with the application of ABR/TFN online)7
- 11.1a. Associated organization: ACN of the associated organization (no space in between numbers) Copy from the certificate of registration
- 11.2b. Name: Copy name of company/corporate trustee in the form
- 11.3c. Tick: Trustee click ADD >
- 11.4d. Add Address: Copy from the form
- 11.5e. What is the date the associated organisation commenced, registered or became incorporated? Copy from form the Registration Date of the Company click ADD >
- 11.6A message will appear: The name has been obtained for the provided ACN/ARBN/ARFN. If the name is correct, continue with your application. Otherwise, change the ACN/ARBN/ARFN supplied and the name and continue.
- 11.7Check the details (ACN, Company Name, Address and Date of Registration); if CORRECT, click ADD >
- 12. Tick the DELETE BOX beside the name of the Individual Trustee2
- 13. Declaration > Tick > Tick this box to sign this declaration with the digital credentials you used to log in. > SUBMIT0
- 14. Confirmation that the ABN record has been updated will be shown0
- 15. Print Page as PDF and save in client folder> File name: \"YYMMDD ABN UPDATE – The Trustee for Name of Trust\"0
- 16. To check, CLICK on VIEW/UPDATE ABN RECORD again and ENTER THE ABN OF THE CLIENT > Search0
- 17. Click > PRINT CLIENT DETAILS and save in client folder> File name: \"YYMMDD ABN DETAILS – The Trustee for Name of Trust\"0
